ASNT is offering an exclusive opportunity to ALL ASNT members to participate in “Beta Examinations” in the methods of MT, RT, PT, UT, and VT. These exams are being offered at twelve sites, ten domestically and two internationally. What is a “Beta Exam”? A Beta Exam is a certification examination that has been written by the Certification Management Council and is being tested to ensure its validity. Once validated, it will be published as a regular exam. Why should you participate? If the Beta Exam you take is validated, and you pass, you could gain a method certification at no cost. What will participation cost? While there is a good likelihood, but no guarantee that each exam will be validated, we are offering them at no cost to current ASNT members. Sounds good? Here’s how to get involved… It’s easy, if you are an ASNT member, all you’ll need to do is fill out and submit an application form. You can download them here.
